The licence

Lightcode Astrology ("the app") is made by Allen Ayler ("we", "us"). The app is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"). By downloading or using the app you agree to the Standard EULA. This page adds the details of the subscription and a note about the astrology content.

Subscriptions

Some features of the app are available with an auto-renewing subscription. A subscription unlocks transits to your natal chart, the interpretations for transit-to-transit aspects, and the Week, Month and Clock tabs. The Day tab's list of transit-to-transit aspects is free.

• Plans: $6.99 per month or $39.99 per year in the United States. Prices in other countries and currencies may vary, and the App Store shows the price in your currency before you buy.
• Free trial: if you are eligible (Apple allows one free trial per Apple ID), you get a one-week free trial first. When the trial ends, the paid subscription starts and you are charged, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
• Payment: payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase (or, with a trial, when the trial ends).
• Automatic renewal: the subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Manage or cancel: you can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID's subscription settings (in the iPhone's Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions). Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds: purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests go to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

About the astrology

Planet positions and aspect times are calculated carefully from NASA/JPL data, but the interpretations are astrology. They are written for reflection and entertainment. They are not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and they are not a substitute for a qualified professional. Please don't make important decisions based on them alone.

Your information

Your birth details and notes are yours, and they stay on your iPhone. Because we don't keep a copy, we can't restore them if they are lost; your iPhone's backups can. Our Privacy Policy explains how the app handles information.

Changes

We may update these terms when the app changes. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
